Timothy John Evans

Timothy John Evans was born to the blessed union of the late Igertha Dawson Evans and Willie Lee Evans Sr. on August 8, 1969 in Chicago, Illinois. Timothy was the eldest twin of three siblings. His mother Igertha Dawson Evans, Father Willie Lee Evans Sr.and Brother Thomassique Jacques Evans preceded him in death.

Timothy accepted Christ at an early age. Timothy was baptized at Rayfield M. B Church in Chicago by Reverend Jones. Timothy attended Edward Hartigan Elementary School and graduated from Dusable High School. Timothy furthered his education and attended Malcolm X College where he graduated with an Associates of Arts.

Timothy was always gainfully employed faithfully. Timothy was affectionately known as “BIG TEE “ or Timmo by family and friends. Timothy had a spirit and smile that was larger than life. Each person that was blessed to be in his presence encountered a “Gentle Giant”. Timothy was a loyal brother, cousin and dynamic friend.

Timothy was a “Gentleman amongst Men”. Talented Wordsmith, witty and a true creative. No matter where “Big Tee” traveled he took the spirit of truth and love with him. Timothy departed from this life on April 17,2026 at 4:19 am.

He leaves to cherish in his memory his youngest brother Willie Lee Evans Jr. One Aunt Lillian Dawson , A host of cousins, relatives and friends. Heaven Truly gained an angel.
