Iniece H. Brown

Iniece H Brown was born on July 26, 1936 in Wesson, Mississippi to Bennie Frank Hill and Sallie Mae Watson. Iniece was the fifth child of eleven children. She moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1955.

Iniece worked at the United States Postal Services as a Procurement Clerk for 34 years before retiring in 1997. She also worked at Chicagoland Racetrack as a Mutual Clerk for 28 years before she retired in 2007.

In 2021 she relocated to Frisco, Texas to be near her youngest daughter, Eunice A Smith.

On June 27, 2025, Iniece transitioned peacefully to heaven at her home in Aubrey, Texas.

Preceding in death were her son (Dennis Brown), Father (Bennie F Hill), Mother (Sallie Mae Hill) and four brothers (Bennie F Hill, Jr, Wiley Hill, Willie Lee Hill, and Frank Hill). She is survived by one brother (Travis Hill), four sisters (Bernice Francisco, Geraldine White, Marguerite Henderson, and Bettie Smith).

Her legacy lives on through her beautiful children Mary D Brown, James E Brown Jr. (Irene), Ovid V Brown, and Eunice A Smith (Jacob). Her grandchildren (Derrick T Brown (LeAnne), Lakeisha D Chatman (Fred), Tiara N Brown, Joshua K Brown (Rashida), Paris C Hardy, Ovid Dominique M Brown, and Princeton A Hardy. And, her eight great grandchildren Fredrika L Chatman, Ebony R Chatman, Desire C Brown, Destiny R Brown, Cameron Jones, Caden Morgan, Caleb Morgan and Mexia R Hardy and three great, great grandchildren.
