Hearron Johnson

January 13, 1926 — September 29, 2025

Hearron (Junior) Johnson was the 1st of 11 children born by Hearron Johnson Sr and Sammie Johnson on January 13, 1926. He was preceded in death by his sisters: Ardella,, Mary Lee Love, Eloise Mitchell, Cornelia Edmonds, Barbara Wicks, brothers: Walter, Herbert, William, Ralph.

Hearron attended Francis E. Willard Elementary School and DuSable High School. His graduation ring was one of his prized possessions. After leaving school he entered the Army and served as a "Technician Fifth Grade" during WWII. Upon leaving the service he was employed at Kraft Foods where he met Louie Mae Jones, who he fell in love with and Married on October 9th, 1948. They remained a loving couple till her passing in February of 2020. He finished his employment years as captain of security at BMO Bank and retired.

Hearron was a man of many talents and loved to stay busy. He did many of his own home improvements, he was an avid bowler with many trophies, loved golf, fishing, the White Sox, swimming and music from an early age.

He lived a long and happy life and was a special person to all that knew him. Although he had no children, he was devoted to his family and friends and aided many of them in his lifetime.

Hearron passed from this life and on to the next on September 29. 2025.

He leaves behind his brother James (Debra) of Madison, Wi, sister-in-law Shirley Johnson of Portsmouth, VA, his devoted dog Missy, and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbors and friends.
